AL-QURAN KU...❤️😊🌹

Salam to all,

Menghafal Al-Quran merupakan suatu amalan yang sangat ditakuti oleh Iblis & syaitan dan senjata yang paling ampuh melawan serta melumpuhkan mereka. 

🌹Di antara manafaat yang dijanjikan Allah swt untuk sesiapa yang menghafal Al-Quran ialah :

1. “Di antara perbuatan mengagungkan Allah adalah menghormati orang Islam yang sudah tua, menghormati orang yang menghafal Al-Quran yang tidak berlebih-lebihan dalam mengamalkan isinya dan tidak membiarkan Al-Quran tidak diamalkan, serta menghormati penguasa yang adil.

2. “Bacalah Al-Quran kerana Allah tidak akan menyeksa hati orang yang hafal Al-Quran. Sesungguhnya Al-Quran adalah hidangan Allah, siapa yang memasukkannya dia akan aman. Dan barangsiapa yang mencintai Al-Quran maka hendaklah dia bergembira.”

3. "Barangsiapa membaca Al-Quran dan menghafalnya Allah akan memasukkannya ke dalam syurga dan memberikannya hak syafaat untuk 10 anggota keluarganya yang mana mereka semuanya telah ditetapkan untuk masuk neraka.”

4. Orang yang hafal Al-Quran pada hari kiamat Al-Quran akan datang kpdnya dan berkata :

“Wahai Tuhan, pakaikanlah dia dengan pakaian yang baik lagi baru.” Maka orang tersebut diberikan mahkota kehormatan. Al Quran berkata lagi: “Wahai Tuhan, tambahlah pakaiannya.” Maka orang itu diberi pakaian kehormatannya. Al-Quran lalu berkata lagi, “Wahai Tuhan, redhailah dia.” Maka kepadanya dikatakan; “Bacalah dan naiklah.” Dan untuk setiap ayat dia diberi tambahan satu kebajikan."

5. “Sesungguhnya kamu tidak akan kembali menghadap Allah swt dengan membawa sesuatu yang paling baik dari sesuatu yang berasal dpdNya iaitu Al-Quran”.

"Sesungguhnya Al-Quran ini adalah bacaan yg sgt mulia"...Al-Waaqi'ah : 77

"Diturunkn dari Tuhan Semesta Alam. Maka apakah kamu menganggap remeh saja Al-Quran itu?"...Al-Waaqi'ah : 80 & 81

Oleh itu...sesibuk mana pun kita setiap hari... luangkan lah masa utk membaca & mentadabbur Al-Quran sebelum memulakn sesuatu pekerjaan (spt menuntut ilmu, menulis kertas kerja, memasak, dsb)...agar setiap pekerjaan tersebut drahmati Allah swt...walaupun dgn satu mukasurat Al-Quran atau beberapa ayat Al-Quran sahaja atau...(mengikut kemampuan kita)...👌😊.

Sekiranya bekemampuan...hafal sekali ayat2 yg baru dibaca tadi...👌☺️.

...becoz this morning as I was looking for some stuff for the paper I am working on (in a bundle of files and papers 😄)...I came across the hardcopy of the email below👇

This email was from Prof Steinberg...dated June 5, 2012...😄

I love to ask for his advice whenever I got stuck with something...and so far he was always there for me. For example...when I failed to get the fund for the CAS-CT project...he advised me to go to plan B, and if it failed too...go to plan C...and so on...but never ever give up😄...that is what he usually does😂. (He received awards from the UNM for his research grants...). 

But as for myself..."dh tawar hati"...need time to pick up myself back again🙂...maybe becoz this is the first time my research proposal was rejected...

** SMK Meru, Kelang, Selangor DE is "Sekolah Angkat" for PAUT.

** Ramai ulama2 Islam yg hebat2 spt Imam Al-Bukhari, At-Tarmidhi, Al-Farabi, Al-Khwarizmi dtg dpd kawasan2 di sekitar Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, dsb.

** Dato' Syed wrote :

"Here the spelling is Khoja. Di Central Asia, maksud khoja ialah berketurunan Arab. Islam sampai awal di Central Asia, hanya puluhan tahun lepas Rasul saw wafat. Boleh tengok peta, orang2 Arab dapat sampai sini dengan jalan darat. Islam lambat sampai ke Tanah Melayu sbb orang2 Arab kena belayar melintasi lautan.

Satu benda saya teruja dgn Khoja Ahmad Yasawi ialah pada umor beliau sampai ke 63 tahun, beliau masuk ke dalam tanah (basement) dan tak keluar2 lagi sebab beliau menghormati umor wafatnya Rasul saw. Beliau sendiri wafat 100 lebih tahun, maknanya 40 tahun lebih dia hidup dalam tanah tak tengok matahari. Bukanlah dia hidup tak produktif, anak2 murid dia datang dan belajar dgn dia at that underground place, sampai dia wafat. Cuma dia je yang tak keluar. Dia hanya makan bijirin2, dan kebanyakan hari beliau berpuasa. Seorang ulamak yang cukup hebat ما شاء الله"

CRITICAL THINKING😇

🌹What do we mean by critical thinking (i.e., Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)) ?

Critical thinking is the intellectually disciplined process of actively and skillfully... conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and/or evaluating information...gathered from, or generated by,...observation,experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication,...as a guide to belief or action.

...or ...

Critical thinking is the ability to analyze information objectively...and make a reasoned judgement. It involves the evaluation of sources such as data, facts and research findings.

🌹Five important aspects of critical thinking skills: (i) observation, (ii) analysis, (iii) inference, (iv) communication and (v) creativity.

(i) Observation...means the ability to recall facts and basic concepts,...explain ideas or concepts...and apply solutions to problems.

(ii) Analysis...means the gathering, understanding and interpreting of data and other information and draw connections among ideas.

(iii) Inference....is done by drawing conclusions or form an opinion based on relevant data, information and personal knowledge and experience.

(iv) Communication...means sharing and receiving information with others verbally and in writing.

(v) Creativity...means the ability to produce or discover...new work or...original work or... enhanced work that has been done before.

 

🌹Why are critical thinking skills important?

For students, instead of a complete dependence on classroom learning and teachers for a complete guidance and instructions...critical thinking allows students to become more self-reliant and independent learners.

Critical thinking skills also help the students to evaluate their areas of strength & flaws and enable them to solve problems more effectively.

Good critical thinkers can draw reasonable conclusions from a set of information...and discriminate between useful and less useful information...to solve problems or make decisions.

Critical thinking skills also involve creativity and innovation.

To think critically...we need to be able to set aside any assumptions or judgements beforehand...and just merely analyze the information we possess or receive.

We need to be objective, evaluating ideas without bias...in other words we need to have open-mindedness quality.

By merely having knowledge or information...or using the latest technology ( i.e., Computer Algebra System technology)...is not good enough. We need to know how to utilize the technology in the best possible way...to produce knowledge or information...to make a reasoned judgement to enhance critical thinking skills. 

** An example of Kedah menteri besar's statements to show the application of "critical thinking" skills...😊:

"You can criticise, make suggestions but use the right language and facts. What is the use of abusive language when there are better words to say the same thing?”

Nampaknya terkilan MB kita ni...😄...🤔. 

Tp xsalahkn dia pun...I have experienced the same thing before...sedar2 ngalir airmata...biasa la org pompuan trasa hati...nangis😂. Org lelaki xleh...sbb kenalah maintain macho kan...(especially MB lak tu)...

1989...The Tiananmen Square 👇

"The Tiananmen Square protests were student-led demonstrations calling for democracy, free speech and a free press in China. They were halted in a bloody crackdown, known as the Tiananmen Square Massacre, by the Chinese government on June 4 and 5, 1989.

At issue was a frustration with the limits on political freedom in the country—given its one-party form of government, with the Communist Party holding sway—and ongoing economic troubles. Although China’s government had instituted a number of reforms in the 1980s that established a limited form of capitalism in the country, the poor and working-class Chinese still faced significant challenges, including lack of jobs and increased poverty.

By the end of May more than one million protesters had gathered in Tiananmen Square. They held daily marches and vigils, and images of the events were transmitted by media organizations to audiences in the United States and Europe.

At 1am on June 4...Chinese soldiers and police stormed Tiananmen Square firing live rounds into the crowd...estimated hundreds to thousands were killed and 10,000 were arrested."

** I was studying in the US during this massacre. I could still remember watching the tv as the people (mostly students) were shot heartlessly by the soldiers and police 😢. Some ran like crazy to save themselves and some fought the army's tanks with stones and whatsoever (they managed to set on fire some tanks). I just sat infront of the tv with my books...crying and praying that this sort of thing won't happen to my beloved country... 

Alhamdulilah...it didnt happen. Perhaps a few threatening warnings like "surat tunjuk sebab", interviews until late morning, road blocks (to stop them from reaching the Merdeka Square), etc.😂...🙄  

As for our "anak2 muda"...surely they have shown us that they were indeed "critical thinkers"😂...which are vital for our nation future leaders... to achive "Malaysia Baru" (if you know what I mean...😄).
